Security deposit: €5,000 returned within one week of checkout, less charges, if any. 50% deposit to confirm rental, final payment due 60 days before arrival date. Cancellation charges: 15% of the rental if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date; 50% of rental if cancelled 30 days before arrival date and 100% of rental if cancelled between 29 days and the arrival date.. OPTIONS: Additional maid service at €25 per hour. "Nanny room," a single bedroom in pool house with shower, WC at €500 per week. Chef à domicile, your private chef by prior arrangement.
